      <title>Unable to reactivate Voicemail</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ever since I've been a Plusnet customer voicemail has never worked properly. Following a suggestion here, I disabled it several months ago meaning to re-enable it. However, I just got around to trying to re-enable it today but am unable to do so as it says it is "Awaiting activation" and also "&lt;SPAN&gt;You currently have an order in progress to add call features". How can I re-activate it now?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
