no dialing tone

Help. I've got no dial tone on either of my phones. My broadband is working.

I don't have a mobile phone so I can't contact customer services by text or by phone.

My number is 0XXXX.

Thanks. My broadband is working okay. The prolem is with the telephone.

You should be able to report a phone fault via that link, unless it has been changed. Sorry I can't check - I'm no longer with PN, and am on SoGEA anyway.

Yes the link worked. I filled in my details and my phone was quickly fixed.
