&lt;P&gt;Have you tried ringing a few mobile numbers on different providers not just your own or a family member?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you ring a landline to confirm the number shows?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please dial 1470 before the number to see if that removes any number withholding.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let us know how you get on thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't believe your phone sends the caller ID, but the BT Exchange / Plusnet. Are you seeing different behaviours with different home phones connected to your house?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is it only mobiles you get this or all phones?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As &lt;a href="https://community.plus.net/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/789"&gt;@minkey&lt;/a&gt; suggests, it's not your phone which sends Caller ID.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's &lt;EM&gt;possible&lt;/EM&gt; that an exchange fault is causing the problem, though I've not heard of that happening.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It seems more likely that your line has mistakenly had the Permanent Number Withhold facility applied. There are two versions - with override or without.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it's the former, prefixing the dialled number with 1470 will forward your number for that individual call, so perhaps you could try that to see if it makes a difference.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Having said that, I can't see any reason why your problem would only apply to mobiles. Do you ever call landlines, and if so do they receive your ID?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
