Will Hub two support an analogue phone, keeping the same phone number to call phone. Will I need an add on to plug my phone into it. Will the analogue phone be supported indefinitely ?

@donald48 in a word, No. The Hub 2 phone port is non-functional.

Welcome to the Plusnet Community Fora.

The Plusnet Hub 2 will not, despite having a phone socket on the rear, support an anolugue phone.

You can currently continue to keep your analogue PSTN phone service until BT discontinues the service nationally at the end of 2025. After then you will need to either move ISP or set up ypuor own VoIP phone with a third party provider.

You can no longer move your current analogue phone to another ISP or change your Plusnet broadband service to a different product and keep your analogue phone line. The future is a digital connection over the Internet. You can indeed use an analogue phone with this with an adapter. Some routers have this adapter built in.
