Call Protect not working

Call Protect is shown as "Currently Active" on my Call Features page but when I try 1572 I just get a message saying "the service can not be connected". Can anyone help?

Hi @SilentMonkey9 I can see there was a mis match with our system and the Suppliers, I've not got this rectified for you and the call protect will start working within 24 hours.

I've now received an email stating the following: -

We've received your order to change your call features. The following will be removed:

Call Barring
Voicemail

Surely I need these enabled if I want to bar calls?
