topic Question 236158444 has been closed in Home Phone

Had a problem (now resolved) which spanned a little over seven days (no phone, no broadband). Which is a bit of an irritation when mobile reception only happens in small areas of the associated property. BT Openreach got a contractor out with a cherry-picker to reconnect the over head cables (the associated pole is still squiffy).

Anyways. Someone at PN very nicely arranged for a mi-fi device to be shipped to me. A nice EE minihub. It unfortunately arrived a little after the fault was resolved.

The enclosed documentation with the hub says the hub should be returned and "We'll get in touch to let you know when you should do this."

Given that the question (case) is now closed, the line has been up for five days (and counting) and no-one has contacted me about returning the hub, do I get to keep (and use and test) it?

(An agent from PN should be able to identify this from the Q no. Given that the original problem affected home phone and broadband it was a 50/50 choice on where to post this).

Feel free to use it though if it works up until you do get comms about how to return it. Hope that helps.

Thx for the reply.

I will also note that another 'question' on the account has also been raised (236289947), but I have no visibility of it via the Plusnet customer web interface (or didn't the last time I checked).

Whatever happens, give a nod of gratitude to the cats(?) team. The ones that get to talk almost direct to BT Or.
