hi, are there any issues in west lancs as my landline is not working, there is no dial tone?

thanks John, have already been there and it's not really any use to me, i cant ring them and i cannot text them as i do not have a mobile phone.

In that case you will have to wait until one of the Help Team pick this up - unless you know someone with a mobile, it can be submitted from any phone.
