    <description>&lt;P&gt;Same issue as others have reported, Caller ID stopped working when we moved to Plusnet last week. Trying *#234# gives error message.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply, but that doesn't really help when this forum is listed as one of the support routes.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The fault is not on the customer side but we performed all the standard checks never the less.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I posted here as others have had the same issue and little success calling 1st line support, I have now raised it as a compliant ticket on the original migration.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
