Couldn't leave a message either, as automated message told the caller, "service not available".</P><P>Was told it would be sorted in 24 hours and even though I've had an email to say this voicemail service has been completed it is still not working 3 days later. I've been told its a national problem and I can't be given a timescale for it to be resolved. However, I can't find anything anywhere to say other people are currently having issues, other than PlusNet call center.
