topic Number porting timeframe? in Home Phone

Hi guys,

my BB and phone contract is coming to an end but want to move to full fibre and port my existing number to a Voip service. Do I have 31 days after moving to full fibre to port my number over under new rules? Not sure how it works and if I need to notify PN or will the Voip provider sort everything out (voipfone or everydayvoip)?

Thank you

Judging by this thread https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Order/Unable-to-port-landline-number-after-signing-up-to-Full-Fibre/td-p/1920590/page/2 it doesn't seem to be working very well

I have notification of my new FTTP installation date and they recommend (Aquiss) to leave a couple of days over lap of previous connection which is fair enough, but if I port my number over after this will it terminate my contract (currently now on monthly rolling) or do I need to give notice to Plusnet?
