      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;New to Plusnet and seems my CLI is not working despite being part of the package I'm paying for and it previously worked with my old provider.&amp;nbsp; From looking at other posts it looks like I need a nice friendly Plusnet person from the Help Team to check and reset my settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apart form this, so far very happy, changeover went seamlessly and connection speed just as advertised.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
