caller display not working.

caller display not working on either of phones. even though it says its active on my account. did the steps ive found on here and it still don't work. anyone know how to get it working. thanks

@WendyG1 Welcome to the forums. Is this a new Plusnet account, and has caller display worked previously?

yes new plusnet account been with them just over a week and a bit now. yea was with bt before and it worked fine with them.

OK - sounds like it hasn't completed on either the PN and/or BT side properly - I would give Plusnet CS a ring and ask them to check.

Thanks for getting in touch @WendyG1, I'm sorry about the hassle with Caller Display not being added. I've done this for you now and it wasn't added on the line, normally it only takes a couple of hours to activate but I'd give it up to 24 hours. After this if you still notice it's not working, just let us know on this thread
