Call Charges included in plan

I have unlimited UK telephone calls in my plan when we join on 19th. Can somebody tell me if like BT each call has a max of hour to be free or are any duration of calls free?

Inclusive calls are indeed only up to the hour

Calls become chargeable after an hour. You can find the full details here https://www.plus.net/help/legal/residential-phone-tariffs/ it's under the ' how we charge for calls' section

Yeah it applies to both mobile and landline calls
