Home phone number

I have just moved to Plusnet from bt and have received an email informing me that my home phone number is changing. Will someone from the Plusnet support team please contact me so that we can arrange to keep my original bt home phone number.

Hello @18thman and welcome to the forums. To sort this out I suggest you call Plusnet despite the phone delays as the staff may take even longer to respond to this forum. Have your paperwork and username handy. Delay may hinder you keeping your old phone number.

Thank you for your reply. Yes I phoned in and my request to change my phone number and it has been dealt with by Molly in Sheffield who was very helpful.
