A random charge of 50p has been made to my account for a call to 123.

Please could you let me know what this is for as I have not made a call to 123.

Hey there @Toynet and welcome to the forums. Strange this wasn't passed through to us before as you have been waiting 5 days for a response.

As @Gel has said it is more likely to be an engineer testing the line to make sure it's working. I can credit the amount against your account if you would like or refund it whichever works best for you?

The only way you can contact us is via forums, social media, letter or phone unfortunately but if it's over here, I will more than likely be able to pick it up quicker than I did this time. It's all sorted now for you and the credit has been applied, do you need me to do anything else at this point?
