Call Blocking is dealing with an incoming call

I can’t make an outgoing call on my landline and incoming calls go straight to voicemail. The handset says “outgoing call not possible. Call Blocking is dealing with an incoming call” how do I clear this?? (It’s my mum’s landline and she passed away recently but had the call guardian thing set up which I’m not familiar with!) Thanks for any advice!

@jennyhing Welcome to the Community Forums.

Are you having problems with your Plusnet voicemail or the handset call guardian settings? If the latter then either tell us the model or just look up the manual on line. Start by switching the call guardian features off. Then see if that fixes the problem.

On my phone:

1. Select Menu

2. Go to Call Control (one click down the options)

3. Enter Pin (Default 1111)

4. There you have all the settings that you need.
