I have Evening & Weekend UK & Mobile on my plan but there is no way to remove it and save the charge?

@insussex So long as you don't have the infamous 'There is a change pending on your account' banner, if you go to the add-ons tab in your account , there should be an option to remove /change any 'pay monthly' options you have selected and are paying for.

Unfortunately, I can't give you full instructions, as I am a 'mail only' account, so there are some areas of the site I am unable to see in full.

@insussex If you click on the offers and upgrades tab here, you'll be able to change your plan.
