Weekend call option: no website info

I have added in the option to make evening and weekend calls as part of my package on my landline. I can never find the information on the website about which times of the evening and weekend are included. I have had to phone Plusnet to ask. Then I forget (age, infirmity). I wish they would give this information either on my account or as part of the general information about this particular option.

I have a vague recollection that it starts at 7 pm in the evening but that's as far as it goes.

Have I missed this on the website?

You need to expand the "how we charge for calls" item.

Thanks again. Yes that's most of the info - though not easily found. I have to assume that "all day Saturday and Sunday" means midnight to midnight?

Hey there @lavender48 the weekend package is 7pm on the Friday until 7am on the Monday I hope that answers it for you
