Suspicious Call Number

I've found a telephone number on a recent bill that is regarded as "dangerous", "suspicious", "spam".

How is it possible that a call charge from such a number could end up on my Plusnet bill?

Could somebody please help.

A quick look here https://psauthority.org.uk/ shows the number is a “call connection service” to Barclaycard.

Is it possible someone in your household may have been trying to ring Barclays and found this number online?
