Why am I being charged to make calls to another Plusnet Customer I thought these calls were free?

Yes they are to another Plusnet customer

Have any of the calls been for more than 60 minutes (without re-dialling?)

If so, the portion of the call over 60 minutes is chargeable at Plusnet's standard rates.

(You can check this in the phone section of your account after logging into it.)

No in fact none of the calls were over 15 minutes.
