&lt;P&gt;I suggest you phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 and speak to them, posts here can take a while to get a reply.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You'll need to be in the 14 day period of setting up the order to be able to cancel so the clock is ticking!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
