Call divert not working

Hi I have had call divert activated and keep getting the same message when trying to set it up ‘this service in unavailable on this line’ I’ve spoke to customer service a few times but don’t seem to be getting anywhere at the moment?

You have to keep phoning until you get an operator that knows what to do

I'm really sorry to hear you are having this issue and I can imagine the frustrations this is causing.

Sorry it has taken us a few days to get back to you, the account side looks fine and I just wanted to check if the issue is still ongoing?
