Master socket move request

We would like to arrange to have the master socket in the house moved to a more convenient location. I have seen a few requests on these forums to start this process. Can you please assist?

This may be a members forum but there’s no harm in @dgreen157 asking for advice.

Someone must know the procedure having been through it.
Who know’s, a member of the Plusnet staff may pick this up and start the ball rolling.

@dgreen157 If you arrange this through Plusnet who will then order it via Openreach it will cost you an extortionate price of £160. You would do better to find a local qualified electrician or retired BT engineer who hopefully would charge a lot less.
