&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry for the issues your parents are having changing the plan and for the hassle caused trying to get this sorted! It sounds like they may be on a legacy broadband product.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

The website only gives them these options:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Plusnet Weekends&lt;BR /&gt;Plusnet Evening and Weekends&lt;BR /&gt;Plusnet Anytime International 300&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are they doing something wrong?</description>
