Need to upgrade phone packaged, being quoted strange pricing

Hi,

I've just signed up for a plusnet broadband package and am finding that I need to switch my call plan from evening and weekend calls to UK anytime calls but when I went to change this in my account before confirming it was telling me the monthly cost would be £52.... on a package that is £28 a month and all I literally need to change is to UK anytime calls rather than evening and weekend. That single change surely isn't the difference of £24 a month?!

Some clarification here would be useful, thanks

This is a software quirk. The price quoted is the full price without any of your agreed discounts being applied. These will be re-applied to your monthly bill.

Alright thanks. I thought that must be the case but figured best to check before committing to anything. Someone needs to get that bug fixed though!
