Hello, I also have problems with changing call features, They have been awaiting activation for some time now and it said when i requested them it would be 12 - 24 hours

Can this be checked

I just posted the same in https://community.plus.net/t5/Home-Phone/Phone-options-Awaiting-activation/td-p/1863573

But been stuck at this for several days, with the Caller ID feature stopped.
