When one of the Plusnet Help Team spot this thread they'll start the process for you.

It'll cost £36.63, as detailed in the Plusnet price guide for residential products .

Scroll down to Plusnet Phone price guide, then click on Connection charges and other charges for Plusnet Phone services.

Bare in mind, if you're receiving nuisance calls, it might be worth adding your number to the TPS service first to see if that helps.

Did you reply to the ticket? Instruction / acknowledgment cannot be made via the forum - it must be via your account using the ticket link a couple of posts back.
