Master socket move request

I need to move my BT Master Socket to a more convenient location. I am aware there will be a cost involved, I tried to find a way to request this via the contact us page but I couldn't find anything so I am posting on here as I have found other people have done the same.

Please can someone send me a private message to start the process?
