Anytime Plan -mobile charges

I have recently changed plans from Anytime International to Anytime. Looking through my bills I realised I have been charged for all my calls to mobiles. Both plans have an allowance per month, why has this been occurring?

The old Anytime package did not include any use for calling mobile numbers. The current call package Anytime UK & Mobile calls does . See this link:

Perhaps the Unlimited UK and Mobile Calls plan might be better for you?
