No caller display

I do not have caller display on my phone although it is ticked as part of my plan. Looking back at previous posts on here, I have dialled *#234# and message says not available.

Looks like our system didn't add it onto the line when placing the orders at the back end of last year.

I've just added it on, so it should be sorted by the end of the day.

Caller Display hasn't worked since I switched to Plusnet towards the end of last year. I have dialled *#234# and am told "The service is unavailable".
Please can you fix Caller Display for me as it's really important that I screen my calls.

I'm sorry to see caller display isn't working for you.

I've placed an order to activate caller display for you now and it should be working within the next 24-48 hours.

Can you let me know how it goes?
