Removed 1571 in error

I've removed voice mail 1571 in error 😖 from my account and it wont let me put it back on as I am getting an error message

'You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress' ........ not sure what that is on about and I do want my 1571 back on........help......🤔

Thanks for your post @Phezz and welcome to our Community Forums.

From what I can see the phone order in progress were the call features which were stuck in your account.

I've fixed this for you now and manually placed an order to activate them which should go through within an hour.

I'd recommend not making a further change in your account until after they've been activated (allow an hour).
