      <description>Get a known working, corded telephone, and connect it to the test socket on your BT master socket. (you'll need to remove the 2 front screws to do this).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If there is still no dialtone, you'll need to report the fault to Plusnet who will arrange for Openreach to fix the line fault.</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to see your phone doesn't work. I've tested your line today and the tests are showing a fault on the line, so I've reported this to our suppliers and we've been given an estimated response time of by&amp;nbsp;15/09/21 23:59:59 for an engineer to go out and investigate further. We'll provide an update&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=view_question&amp;amp;id=217873863" target="_self"&gt;Here&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;as soon as we know more.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
