How to check that my phone is ex-directory

I have just transferred my service to Plusnet.

Is it possible to check that my line is ex-directory on the Plusnet web-site? If so, how? I have searched for the option but, as yet, been unable to find it.

Thanks for that, my line was ex-directory previously so I assumed that would continue after my move to Plusnet. I've been getting a bout of unsolicited and unwanted calls so thought it best to check.

Pity the web-site doesn't have the facility to check this

The reason there is no facility for that is that everybody is ex-Directory with us unless they request otherwise.
