so i can only receive calls and not make calls.

Login to the Member Centre and go to http://help.plus.net.
Click Telephone Services in the Customer Services list.
Click I have a question about something not listed.
Then type your request in the text box where it says Ask your Question here.
When you've done scroll down a bit (if necessary) and click the red send your question to the support team button.
You should get email notification when the support team respond. You can view the question and responses by going to https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=search.

Thank you for your query. Unfortunately call barring is not a service that we currently provide to our customers. You currently have a credit limit of 55.00 for any calls that you make to chargeable numbers. We can change this amount for you however if you reached this limit all outbound calls would be barred including calls to free numbers and a 5.76 charge would be applied to your account.

he saying they dont do it but in another thread in this forum someone has been allowed to have it..
this is the question that i asked

As it is a manual process it may be that the option doesn't exist for first line support agents. Did you make reference to the thread where it was actioned in your ticket (as Ben suggested)?
Note for Plusnet - If you can do it then your staff need to be trained as to how rather than saying 'No'

No i didnt link him to that thread..i thought they would know how to do it since they are staff members, so didnt feel the need.
Might just give them a call that will be easier.

Sorry you didn't get this fixed on the first try. Please bear in mind that we have an extremely diverse skillset across our call centres and our first line Service / Support agents may no necessarily know every feature which a Provisioning agent can manually order once you go outside of our CRM.
Please raise a ticket, reference this thread and post back if it doesn't get actioned
