I went through the plusnet site, used a code on the EE site from plusnet and set up the new account and order of broadband, landline etc. Ive booked in the engineer visit. Everything is ok with that side of things. But i had nothing to tell me that EE "notify" plusnet of the change, im still getting offers from plusnet about upgrading. I just want to know if plusnet will be "switched off" when we move to EE? I dont wish to pay 2 charges. I used to like the live chat. I am autistic and I have social anxiety and I dont make phone calls so I dont feel I can speak to anyone at plusnet.
