If it's just transferring your service from PlusNet to EE, then you just need to replace the old router with the new EE one.</P> <P>You also need to unplug your landline phone from the old BT/Openreach socket &amp; plug it into the green port on the back of the router. Or, as your friend showed, the adapters can be used if the phone isn't close enough to the router. My EE adapter had a leaflet in the box to show how to set them up.</P> <P>I don't know what you mean about "how 'fibre' would reach my house".
