I received a message saying "<SPAN>we had escalated to our relevant team regarding your order they will get back to you with latest update." But it's been almost a week and I've heard NOTHING. The router still hasn't been dispatched and I haven't been told anything at all.&nbsp;</SPAN></P><P>&nbsp;</P><P><SPAN>I'm very frustrated, I had issues with another company when I first moved in to my flat a month ago, and now I'm just waiting and waiting to finally have broadband.
