    <description>I jointed Plusnet a couple of weeks ago and got my engineer appt to install full fibre. Booked time off work. Was given a 8am-1pm appt slot by Openreach then by M J Quinn doing the work on their behalf. Received all the texts to confirm the appt. It's now the day of the appt and noone has turned up or even contacted me to let me know what is happening. On my account it says engineer appointment completed. Who am I meant to be in touch with about this please?</description>

      <description>So I called the call support over an hour after the timeslot had ended. Was advised they couldn't do anything as the job was still classed as 'open' and advised the installers work til 6 and to wait til then to see if they turn up or not and then the installer would contact me. So have waited 10 hours for nothing. Now I receive a text off Openreach 'sorry we missed you' and a message straight after from Plusnet saying there is a delay. Not a great start</description>

      <description>So the message I received off Plusnet was there was a problem completing the broadband order and that they will look into this. I'd like to know what is happening and what will happen next please.</description>

      <title>Installation not fulfilled - what now?</title>

      <description>So my installation of full fibre didn't happen yesterday. The engineer didn't turn up. I checked with Plusnet who advised to wait til the end of the day. Received a msg off Plusnet saying there had been a problem completing the order and a 'sorry we missed you' msg from Openreach. What do I do next? Should I wait for Plusnet to tell me what's going on? My account just says that engineer appt was completed</description>
