Security certificate error on rewards card form

I'm a new Plusnet customer and just received the email telling me to fill in a form to claim my reward card. When I click on the link to the form, the security software on my laptop warns me:

"Your connection to this web page is not safe due to an unmatching security certificate. This means that the certificate was issued for a different web address than the one it is being used for, and you run the risk of exposing your data by accessing this page."

I'm going to hold off completing the form for now in the hope that Plusnet staff can identify and rectify the issue.

I'm using Firefox 149.0.2 with Bitdefender security software. Attached is a screenshot of the warning.

I have same problem. Same message on android and safari saying not secure report spam
