Hi @mattio

There should have been a pre-paid label in the box that the router came in. It's usually a case of packing everything back in the box and attaching the label then taking it to your local post office.

If you don't have the label, drop me a PM and I'll get things sorted.

Hi,

I recently moved house and had a lot of problems getting my Plusnet broadband activated. As an interim fix I was sent an EE 4GEE Mini router to use while I was waiting for my proper connection.

My broadband is now finally live and I am no longer using the 4GEE Mini, but I have not been sent any returns bag or instructions on how to send it back. I do not want to be charged for not returning it, but I also really do not want to spend more time on the phone after already spending hours on calls about the delays to my broadband.

Please can someone from Plusnet arrange for a returns bag and instructions to be sent to me, or let me know what I should do with the device?

Thanks,
Mathew
