Hi everyone,
I joined Plusnet last month, and friends assured me that I would definitely receive a gift card worth at least £80. This was also mentioned during the advertising, so I was really looking forward to it.
However, so far I’ve only been offered some products that don’t even require signing up for Plusnet, like laundry capsules, and honestly, it feels a bit disappointing and unfair.
Could someone kindly explain why this is happening? I’d really appreciate any clarification.

How long has your service been active?

Did you sign up direct or via a third party price comparison site?

Not all products offer gift cards.

I’ve been using the service for about three weeks and honestly felt excited about the idea of gift cards. I registered directly through the website (PlasNet, I think) after looking at several options.

It seems my type of subscription doesn’t include them, which is a bit disappointing. Well, I guess that’s just another experience.

Next time, I’ll only work with those who can confirm their promises in advance, since prices and conditions are more or less the same everywhere.

One should not presume it does not qualify. You can either call support during office hours or wait for staff member here to gather your details.
