Any way to flag an Openreach FTTP database potential issue?

Does anyone know how to flag up potential database issues with Openreach FTTP availability?

Our entire estate was cabled up 4 weeks ago for FTTP. On the BT Broadband Checker site I can (by manually checking each house!) see that all the estates houses, are now able to order FTTP as a stage 1 install except my house and 3 neighbouring properties.

I could understand this if we were at the end of the street down a private driveway, but we're actually at the entrance of the road, with the pavement chamber directly outside my house - I even gave the engineer a cuppa whilst he was working down it for 6 hours splicing fibres!!

The Featured Products section for my address has updated to show the FTTPoD service speeds change from 300/50 to 1000/220, so it looks like there's been some updates, but I'm wondering if they've omitted uploading all the details and as a result we'll show as unable to order forever 😢

You can wait (and hope) a staff member picks up on this or you can phone support and explain the situation. Try the PlusNet Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632. There is a process called OpenReach Database Integrity (ORDI) where an ISP can ask for the records to be checked.

Are all the houses that can get FTTP, supplied in the same way as those that can't ? i.e underground or overhead

All underground so no obvious difference between us all.

On my street there's 8 houses on my side, the first 4 can't get FTTP, the other 4 can, opposite side of the street there's 9 houses and all of them can get FTTP.

As @bmc says , an ORDI is probably the best way.

If that doesnt seem to be forthcoming then filling in this form https://www.openreach.com/forms/fibre-broadband-availability---customer-form may be worthwhile.

If you're staying with PN then you can upgrade at any point in your contract. It just costs a new contract.

You're aware you'll lose your landline if this matters?

Ah that's good to know re upgrades - thanks!

I already lost the landline when I moved to Plusnet earlier this year, it was never used other than for junk / spam inbound calls. I couldn't let go completely though, so got an A&A VOIP service up and running, so now we still get spam calls, but it only costs £1 a month instead of £10!!

That's the one thing that's missing from the A & A voip, call blocking!. Not that it helps that much, my SIpgate account has it, but as fast as you block a number, they just change to a new one!

While the OR database (and Checker) may sort itself out in time if you want FF then the sooner you phone in and get the ball rolling the better. I doubt you'll be able to order online without the Checker showing WBC FTTP so it's either COTS or SALES by phone.
