&lt;P&gt;Hoping a staff member can pick this up for me.&lt;/P&gt;

However, there are a couple of tickets on your account referring to the £75 reward card which confirms you should be eligible for it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In this case I've escalated this issue to our Billing Operations team to get this resolved for you. Please allow 3-5 working days for a response on this and as soon as i hear something back from the escalation, i will be in contact to discuss the resolution to this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, thanks for your reply. The claim email actually came through this morning (I assumed someone here had escalated it)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've responded and hopefully it comes through okay within the 30 days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I won't mark this as fixed yet just in case I need to get back to you (all these reward card threads make me think I will!)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So apart from a slight delay with the claim email, I have to say that contrary to my expectations, it was a speedy and seamless process for me. Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;
