Hi I still haven’t received my rewards card and it’s been over a month now since I received the email just wondering if this could be sorted at all and thank you my username is <Redacted>

Hello there @crutchlow91 thank you for reaching out to us, I'm sorry to hear you have not received the Reward card.

Having looked into this I can confirm that the reward was claimed and the card should have followed in the last 4 weeks, if you haven't already done so, please call the despatching company Blackhawk on 03448006435, please have your Plusnet username and email address available as they may request it.
