    <description>&lt;P&gt;You will need a staff member to sort this - the (supposedly) automatic method of clearing this message on completion of account changes is totally broken - or it could be BT's B2B system at fault. Or you could try ringing customer Support.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Whichever it is, it needs sorting, but don't hold your breath.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I get lots of emails from Plusnet offering me new deals, however when I login to my account it's always 'sorry you can not make any changes due to an order in progress?? What order? I never made an order. I also get lots of texts from EE tempting me to change since I had to with my mobile from plusnet, don't get me wrong I've been with Plusnet for over 10 years with no complaints but this is doing my head in.</description>
