topic Received two routers, do I just send one back? in My Order

Right when PlusNet was about to send my router I contacted them by phone to ask if they could deliver it to another address, which they agreed (my house is being renovated so I'm not living in it right now). I received a router at the requested address, and on the day the OpenReach engineer came to install fiber, I was surprised to also find one sent to my new house.

My question: do I need to give a heads-up to PlusNet somehow, or do I just use the return label in the box to return one of them? (what I want to avoid is a situation where years from now PlusNet tells me I have two routers and by then I've lost the proof that I've already sent one back)

I’d be inclined to phone Plusnet.

The serial number is associated with your account for auto connection (TR069) but which one?

Otherwise you may get leg pulls trying to connect.

If you return one photograph the package/label just in case !

I believe if you take the return to the post office they'll give you a receipt - they did for me.
