      <title>FTTP - new customer v upgrade</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Followup from &lt;A href="https://community.plus.net/t5/Broadband/Conflicting-speeds-in-renewal-emails/td-p/2011667" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm currently on FTTC.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Fibre boxes were installed on the poles through the village earlier this week and both the BT and Openreach checkers say full fibre is now available. (eg "WBC FTTP up to 1000 / up to 220")&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Indeed if I go to the PlusNet signup page &lt;STRONG&gt;without&lt;/STRONG&gt; logging in I could order FTTP as a new customer.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However if I log in to my PlusNet account I don't get any options to upgrade to FTTP.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

From the little provided, it is clear that you can get FTTP,&amp;nbsp; although for some reason, access to either the pole or your property requires the use of&amp;nbsp; a hoist.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If PNs records do not show availability of the product tomorrow, I&amp;nbsp; suggest you do as suggested by&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.plus.net/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/44575"&gt;@bmc&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;above&amp;nbsp; - give them a call and ask why their records are wrong, and direct them to the OR&amp;nbsp; record you have provided.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Turns out there's a discrepancy in the Openreach / Plusnet databases for my address. One has house number + housename, and the other just has house name. Agent will resolve with OR but it could take a while.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
