I got an email towards the end of March to say I’d receive it within 30 days by post or email but I’ve not had any update

I signed up to plusnet in March and have not recieved anything about my reward voucher yet. Rang plusnet they told me to ring the rewards card help line who haven't recieved anything as of yet. Any advice thanks
