    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. My current broadband (sky) has cut off today and the Plusnet router has not yet arrived. I had a text on Tuesday saying that 'your router has been ordered and should be with you in a few days'. Is that a despatch message?? Anything I can do as I am now without internet? Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Hopefully, they will get resolved quickly, and your Hub despatched. When it is, you should get a text and/or email giving you tracking details etc. They are despatched via Royal Mail Tracked24.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Were you given a tracking number number for the router? One is generated when the Router is dispatched.&lt;/P&gt;
