@zoya12

FF is a completely new infrastructure install including cable.

While the HubOne can be used with FTTP the HubTwo deals better with the speeds on Full Fibre.

An engineer visit is required as FF requires a box on an external wall (Customer Splice Point - CSP) and an internal box (Optical Network Adapter - ONT). The latter needs to be near a power source.

I assume you're aware you lose your landline when upgrading. I also assume FF145 is shown as available on your Members page.

I hope this message finds you well. I currently have the Unlimited Fibre Extra package with line rental and am interested in upgrading to the Full Fibre 145 package. I already have a Plusnet broadband router and would like to understand why a new router installation is required and why an engineer visit is necessary for this upgrade.

Could you please let me know if it’s possible to upgrade my package while using my current router, and if not, explain the reasons? Additionally, I would appreciate details about the process for the upgrade.

Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your response.
